Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, cosmetics, and personalized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. How to Return: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, arrange for the item to be shipped back to our warehouse. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa.
